Step 5 - Interior Finishing

During the Interior Finishing phase, meticulous attention is given to refining and perfecting the interior spaces of the animal hospital. This multifaceted process involves the installation of flooring tailored to the demands of a veterinary setting, ensuring durability, ease of cleaning, and the comfort of the animals. Plumbing and electrical fixtures are meticulously placed to support the hospital's functionality, with specialized attention to areas such as examination rooms, surgery suites, and recovery zones. Additionally, the incorporation of suitable equipment is undertaken, creating efficient workstations for staff and providing safe and comfortable spaces for animals in need of care. Interior Finishing is a critical stage that brings together both the practical and aesthetic elements, transforming the structural shell into a fully operational and compassionate environment for the treatment and rehabilitation of animals.

Step 4 - Superstructure Construction

Advancing beyond the installation of the iron skeleton, the Superstructure Completion phase marks a critical juncture in the construction of the animal hospital. During this stage, emphasis is placed on the integration of essential building systems, including plumbing and ventilation. Skillful plumbers strategically install pipes and fixtures to meet the specific needs of veterinary facilities, ensuring proper water supply, drainage, and waste management. Simultaneously, the installation of ventilation systems, integral for maintaining air quality and temperature control, takes place. While these systems are put in place, the outer shell of the building is finalized with the completion of walls, windows, and roof sealing, rendering the structure weather-tight. This phase sets the foundation for subsequent interior design and finishing, ensuring that the hospital is equipped with the necessary infrastructure for the well-being of both animals and staff.

Step 3 - Iron Skeleton Installation

The process involved placing the iron columns and creating the skeletal framework that will support the building's weight. This phase is crucial for establishing the structural integrity of the hospital. The iron columns, often part of a steel framework, are strategically positioned according to the architectural and engineering plans. These columns serve as load-bearing elements that transfer the weight of the building down to the foundation. The placement of the iron columns is a meticulous process, ensuring that they align with the intended layout and structural requirements. This iron structure provides the necessary support for the subsequent construction of walls, floors, and the roof during the superstructure phase. It's a foundational step that sets the stage for the overall stability and resilience of the animal hospital, ensuring it can withstand the stresses it may encounter over its lifespan.

Step 2 - Starting the Project

With approvals secured, the construction begins. The first tangible step is laying the foundation. Construction workers excavate the site, pour concrete, and create a solid base for the hospital building. Simultaneously, essential infrastructure elements such as plumbing, electrical wiring are installed.

Step 1 - Planning and Acquiring the Land

In the initial step of Planning and Acquiring the Land, our foremost priority was to identify a location for the animal hospital that would seamlessly align with our mission of providing comprehensive care to street animals. After thorough consideration, we selected a strategically advantageous site located just behind Sezar Sanctuary. This thoughtful choice not only ensures proximity to a known sanctuary but also allows for a streamlined process in offering post-operative care to animals immediately after their procedures. The proximity to Sezar Sanctuary serves as a compassionate extension of our commitment to the well-being of street animals, providing a conducive environment for their recovery and rehabilitation. This intentional decision not only facilitates operational efficiency but also reinforces our dedication to creating a harmonious and supportive space for the animals we aim to serve.
